Nakisa holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance. She teaches traditional and Suzuki methods. Her diploma is from Conservatory of Music School of Tehran, Iran, June 1996. Nakisa has over 8 years teaching experience and plays professionally with numerous string ensembles and orchestras in the DC area including Alexandria Symphony Orchestra, Arlington Symphony Orchestra, Jewish Community Center, Mount Vernon Symphony Orchestra, and Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
